How long does shipping take?
Every piece is printed to order for you. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery. As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or log in to your account to see every order and its status. You can also visit our Track order page.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Email sleekious@gmail.com to start a return — items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size or colour you want.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at sleekious@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.
Can personalized items be returned?
Custom and personalized pieces can't be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may need a little extra time to post it.
What are the crewnecks and hoodies like?
Crewnecks are the Gildan 18000 and hoodies are the Gildan 18500, both heavy blend fleece with a classic unisex fit. Sizes and colours vary by design, and each product page shows what is available. Choose your usual size, or size up for a roomier look.
How should I wash it?
Wash inside out on cold and tumble dry low to keep the print bright.
